Was looking for my wife's Public C9 bike rack so she could carry a few things or use it as a support for a child bike seat. . Bought it based on the price and reviews. It took a lot of work to get it working on the bike. Installation wasn't the easiest. While some parts are adjustable, the arms that connect to the screw holes closest to the bike seat don't sit flush no matter what other configuration I've tried. I managed to tighten the screws in a few turns. Hopefully it stays strong enough to carry my child seat. I'm a little apprehensive about testing this with the safety of my potentially vulnerable child.
