Review on Storage Heavy Stand Garage Workshop by Norman Costello

I love this tire rack. It's surprisingly strong and easy to assemble once you understand that the racks are top and bottom aligned. I didn't mention this part in the instructions and it took me a minute or two to figure it out. However, the two-piece "spacers" made of black plastic are marked "top". I think this is a great storage device for my tires in the garage. I'm not sure it will do well in a busy tire shop or garage.
