I build computers for a living; and I use this case when the client doesn't mind not having a CD/DVD-ROM. Many "bad" reviews on this product appear to be user error. As I said here, reading some of the reviews reminded me that people try to build their own computers without the right knowledge. If you're seriously considering building your own computer, don't read what 'others have done' and it worked for them. Stop by your local computer repair shop and get professional advice, which in many cases is free. This will save you a lot of headaches and problems.
