I like how the software is able to identify the child's needs and make suggestions for improvement. I also like the ability to customize the software to fit our needs. The software is a little difficult to use for the average user. It is not as user friendly as it could be. I would recommend this software for anyone who is looking for a predictive analysis software. I would like to continue to use this software for our organization. It allows us to identify the needs of our children and make suggestions for improvement. I like that it's easy to use with very good training modules in place. The customer support can be slow sometimes, but they are always helpful when you contact them! It saves time since all of our data needs (from intake through case closure)are available at once. We've been able to cut down some paper work without sacrificing quality service delivery. Also has saved us from having to manually input client information.
