I've heard that this is one of the best routers available. THIS is how I bought. My nephew, an information technology expert, actually chose it for me. I couldn't get it to work (or tell if it works). So I called their tech support. My only issue was that it's only open Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. I'm a bit spoiled, probably with 24/7 tech support. But Kevin was very accommodating and spent a LONG time talking to me on the phone trying many different ways to get the router to connect and do its thing. But he couldn't connect it and advised to return it. I did this and considered buying another one, but didn't want the hassle if I couldn't get another one to work. Meanwhile, CenturyLink has developed their own router and I should get it tomorrow. Conclusion: It's supposed to be a great router and the tech support went out of their way to help me and at least acknowledged the problem and advised me to return it.
