I like that it's easy to use, with all of my favorite features right at hand! It is also very accurate in predicting what needs attention most within our system (and which ones need immediate intervention) - so we don't waste time trying things out when there are issues already known by this program.

Sometimes you'd think something was wrong but then realize later its just your computer or browser being quirky/slow etc., not necessarily an issue wth iTraceFresh itself-which can be frustrating sometimes because if nothing else, they've got great customer service!! The only thing about their software really is how long some items take for them to load up after loading everything into memory before starting work; however once loaded, each page loads quickly even without caching enabled as well.
