I like that it's easy to use, with all of my favorite features right at hand! It is also very accurate in predicting what needs attention most within our system (and which ones need immediate intervention) - so we don't waste time trying things out when there are issues already known by this program. I like that it is very easy to use, as well as being able to connect with other software from different vendors seamlessly. It also has some nice features for reporting purposes. Sometimes when you are in one window of the program and switch over to another tab/window, sometimes your previous session gets saved without your knowledge or consent.
