After unpacking the still and running a distillation with cleaning, the still does its job. I have to admit that I am satisfied with the customer care and constant support from Taiber's customer service team. They have contacted me on no fewer than 5 separate occasions without asking. Offered without hesitation to refund or replace. I'm still waiting for my first run.
