These lights are fairly easy to install. Just screw it onto the hoop where you usually have the cap. The good thing is that they are waterproof and sunny, so you don't have to worry after installation. Was in a car wash and still works. It's motion-activated, so it lights up when the wheel spins. The only downside is that it's not as bright as I thought it would be. You also have to drive pretty fast to make a continuous stream blink. Because it's so easy to screw on, it can be easily unscrewed, allowing anyone to take it off your tire.
