Kitchen Mama is a brand to keep an eye on! I like the feel and ease of use more than the Black & Decker we've used. The only negative for me, 4 AA batteries? Let's see if they run out quickly. The use and care guide states that if they are having problems, "the batteries may already be dead”. Hm? The B&D snaps into a cradle that charges it. I'm surprised I overlooked that it runs on batteries. But it's okay, there are always double fives in the remote control. I have to say the customer service is top notch. It seems Kitchen Mama is run by an amazing mom ❣️
