Review on BV Bike Kickstand Adjustable Mountain by Gabriel Rosenberg

Footrest for a bike that cannot use footrests

I recently bought a bike and one of the main components that I like are the footpegs. Okay, I also like the brakes and wheels, plus a good seat. but a kickstand is high on my list of bike must-haves. But the bike I bought didn't have the usual free space to mount a standard footpeg and the shop owner said these bikes can't be footpegs. HA I bet he only said that because he wasn't thinking ahead and BV Bike footpegs weren't available. So I went online, found these rear footpegs, read all the instructions very carefully and after looking at the dimensions and the size and what not, decided on this product. It works great, is fairly adjustable and feels stiff enough so far. I'm not happy with it at all and yes it does the job perfectly. Oh, and it was stupidly easy to install! Just place it far enough back so it doesn't interfere with your foot on the pedal as it rotates. UPDATE 7-3-19: I have a small quirk and it's not tight, I think I have, it seems to keep coming loose and then the weight of the bike pushes the footpeg angle outward. I always push it off with my foot and regularly tighten the three screws, but that has to be taken into account. Still a great little booth if you're getting ahead of the loose nuts. HEXAGON NUTS. I would only recommend this option if you don't already have a center mounted footrest.
