Review on Elstey by Sean Skinner

I was thrilled to discover Elstey when I became a mom for the first time. Unfortunately, my interactions with their web shop were not positive. Their selection of baby products was quite small and lacking in variety, despite their claims that they understand the requirements of new parents. In addition, the standard of their offerings was low. I was dismayed to discover that the baby blanket and the nursery accessories I bought were both poorly constructed and didn't last beyond a few washes. I was hoping for better quality from a baby goods manufacturer. When I contacted customer support, they were useless and unresponsive, which made the situation even worse. I had several inquiries regarding my purchase, but nobody on their end could provide me with satisfactory responses. It's annoying when a business doesn't care about what its consumers want. In sum, working with Elstey was a frustrating waste of time for me. I feel like a fraud as a social media advocate for recommending this business to other parents. Finding high-quality baby products there is difficult due to their small variety, low quality, and unhelpful staff.
