So first of all the instructions I received were inadequate. So here are my instructions to help those in need: 1. Peel off the old adhesive from the screen and phone base.2. Peel off the backing from the phone-facing side of the adhesive.3. Apply all the glue to the phone.4. Find this weird "U" shaped spiral cut in the middle of the glue and gently pull on it. Be careful not to leave any glue residue on the edges of the phone. Use a toothpick to align all the parts that need it.6. Connect the display cable. (Don't forget the metal plate like I did) 7. Align the screen and press the glue.8. Use a razor and remove any visible adhesive.9. Place your phone between two hard, flat surfaces with a load for at least 4 hours or overnight. I used a desktop scanner/copier/printer that weighs about 25 lbs.10. Enjoy your brand new factory waterproof screen.
