The ability for me as an admin of my site to be able to see all of our alerts in one place! It's very intuitive how I can edit them too so that they are more specific with what we're looking at (elevated threats). We don't have any problems using this software currently but there is nothing about it which has really turned us off either. All things considered though if you need some sort of alerting system then this should fit your needs perfectly. Being able to easily filter out certain types or elevated threat emails and notifications into separate folders helps keep our team organized. Also being able to set up rules such as "if x = y" do z automatically makes managing these tasks much easier overall! Our security department uses this software daily to help monitor their systems 24/7 making sure everything looks good while also keeping track of issues when something does come across the radar.
