The ease of use is one thing that I like about this product. It's not difficult to learn how to do things in it. There are many features which makes your work easy. Also there are several options for customization available. Some of my colleagues who have used other products were confused with some aspects while using this tool. This was because they had different expectations from what they saw in other tools. So, I would say if you don't understand something, let them know so they can help you out. Using this software helps me automate repetitive tasks.
