Review on Reusable Cartridge Filter by Clear Genius by Logan Tripp

Bought two blocks for my two pots. One was fine but the other was missing the rubber o-ring. I will contact Clear Genius for a replacement. The initial two star rating will change once I replace another unit and it works and I get a chance to rate how well they work. Otherwise good concept - it always bothered me that I threw away the plastic housing when only the filter inside had to be replaced. Update: Clear Genius contacted via phone and email. Both have been answered. They sent me a replacement cartridge and filter along with additional filters to make up for the inconvenience. Impossible to say how good the filters are compared to original Pur or Brita filters (I need lab equipment for that), but the quality and idea is commendable. . The package contains two different sized lids covering either version of the Pur or Brita block.
