Gloves are comfortable for a woman (but a husband can be comfortable too) and offer all the heat resistance I need for cast iron pans. from the oven and grill and for use with the grill (much better than the traditional oven mitts I've used). Long cuffs reliably protect the forearms when working with the oven or grill. I can hold a hot pan for at least 30 seconds and only feel a slight heat through my gloves. Premium heavyweight fabric, well finished/stitched, front and back coated with silicone dots for excellent grip with either hand (either hand or glove) even on greasy or wet surfaces. I love them and have ordered a second pair for my mum who loves them as much as I do!
