Since I started using it over one and a half years ago, I have not experienced any unusual problems with it. There is a setting accessible via a specialized application that can be used to improve the sound quality, which, in my opinion, is excellent. There was a problem with the left earpiece; the battery was depleted to the point where it went into sleep mode; this means that it did not react to anything, including being charged. I experienced significant fear, but it was, thankfully, for nothing. They hang on to each other like a family while sprinting, and they have never fallen out. Even in the weather, it was a wonderful experience. Respect for the fact that the charge is maintained for a significant amount of time is warranted by the fact that the case enables you to avoid putting it on charge for a significant amount of time. I thought the noise suppression was great, and everything else was fine. I chose the red color, and I am not the least bit dissatisfied with my decision. The appearance is simply a feast for the eyes. According to those who call themselves "experts," the general consensus is that you should consider upgrading to a more recent model around the year 2022. Despite this, I have no plans to alter mine because, up to this point, they have been completely content.
