I liked the large display so the elderly can see the numbers. I liked the white numbers on a black background - a good contrast. update and get a file that may be corrupted. I'd rather see a website where I can download updates whenever I want. But in this price range, the device performs well. I just don't like the update steps. I also don't know when to request course or firmware updates? Maybe they could send an update schedule and then we would know when to contact them.
