I bought 14 to give to friends/family for the Christmas party. Everyone loved them. Most of the people I've gifted are what I would call techies. I was surprised when none of them saw the bluetooth caps. It's much more convenient than wearing headphones, and in the middle of winter, people can use them when working outdoors or places where they might wear their hats. The sound is good. It's not pumped up loud, but it's loud enough. I could still hear someone talking to me while wearing mine (yes, I bought one). If you tie the hat to the phone, you can also answer calls and the call quality was good. I like simple packaging. It comes in a ziplock plastic bag and I didn't have to pack it. I just wrote the names on the bag. I was concerned that the hat might be too small for someone with a large head and I was glad it fits everyone. I definitely recommend it.
