I live in Michigan and even ride in the dead of winter (assuming they clear the snow). I have no complaints about these covers. I've seen so many reviews on any shoe cover, even the very expensive ones, all complaining about people getting cold, zippers and stuff like that. So after a while I just decided on this overshoe to see how it would turn out. Well it couldn't be happier. I was never cold, even if it was a few degrees below zero and it was also windy. I have absolutely no problem closing them (I mean just be careful and you just won't be able to break them). They are cozy, warm, very wind resistant. I don't think I would buy one of the really expensive ones as I don't see how they can offer me something they don't already do. I can recommend her unreservedly.
