I like that ACS allows for multiple users in an organization, so you can have different people managing assets without having duplicate systems or software installed within your organisation's IT infrastructure! The reporting features could benefit from some improvements; it is not as intuitive at other products such as QMS360 (that has excellent reports).

Easy implementation of our new ERP system with full integration into existing processes including inventory management across all locations/facilities throughout Canada was key when deciding which product we were going use. We also needed this solution due its ability to tie directly back through out accounting process seamlessly allowing us access to financial data easily via excel rather than needing two separate programs running - saving time & money by eliminating double entry bookkeeping!! This allowed me more freedom working remotely while still being able to manage my team efficiently. It really does allow anyone who understands simple Excel spreadsheets to be highly effective using their own knowledge base.
