The tip snaps onto my Waterpik (model WP-112W) vertically but not horizontally. That means it rotates in the base while I'm using it. To keep it steady I have to hold it by the pole and base, otherwise it may rotate 180 degrees. I have purchased regular and plaque detection tips and have the same issue with both types of tips. Another thing is that the tip is shorter in depth than the original. Water doesn't deliver concentrated pressure like the original. While this works, the fact that it can rotate in the base during use makes it unsatisfactory. It was too difficult to return so I will use it as long as Waterpik offers it. I suggest double checking your Waterpik model and getting the Waterpik nozzles rather than the universal nozzles which should fit all makes and models. I recommend skipping this.
