I like that it's easy enough so even non-technical people can figure out how to make their own templates/excel sheets etc., which is great because we have several different types of workflows at our office where this would be useful (and they're not all as technical). It could also do more things than just tracking time spent per task - if you need something else done then maybe add another button or two? We've been using CFT since before my arrival but now there are times when someone will forget what was last tracked down from one day ago vs yesterday; having an auto update feature makes sure everyone knows exactly who did each thing every hour without anyone forgetting anything important.
