Worked fine for the first month then had to turn it off

I am very concerned about the security features of the mesh router. The routers have been working fine for about a month, now I can't log in to change network passwords or settings. I feel hacked because I can't make any changes and my home devices don't stay connected. The return date has passed (March 8th) but I will do my best to send these routers back and get a refund.
