Had to return the first unit we received as the fan stopped working after the first use. It came with a noticeable rattling loose piece inside. The return was easy, the replacement was sent very quickly. The product is easy to use and offers excellent value for money. It's lightweight and easy to move around and can really heat up a small space if you want it to. We use it to curl up in front of the TV when we're downstairs where it's colder than the rest of the house, rather than messing with the whole house thermostat.
