Fits up to 15 " rims but is VERY difficult to fit
Very difficult to fit on my 15" wheel. The 14.5 inch handlebars were fine. A colleague had to show me a trick on how to adjust it properly. I actually had to clean the wheel and leave it wet to get it to fit. It felt like tearing him apart with the force I was using. After that it feels great, very secure and definitely good coverage. Just getting dressed is the hardest part.
