Quality Steel and design

When I was looking for another chef's knife, I came across the Arcos brand. This knife has superb steel and a balance that feels natural. It comes out sharp and feels like solid steel that will hold and cut. With a little tweaking, this blade shouldn't be as difficult to sharpen as some of the super hard Japanese and German steels. worth your money.
