One person installs, fits like a glove.

Installation was easy enough, I was able to install it myself in about 30 minutes. It's pretty solid, I only use it for my luggage rack as it's not designed to carry very much weight. I'm sure some people use it to tow small trailers, but I wouldn't do that.
