A good product, more pros than cons.

I switched to X from the iPhone 6 and have no regrets that I did not choose 8. Firstly, the screen is larger for the same dimensions. Secondly, a new experience with a smartphone (after using gestures, it’s hard to use the button - it’s like returning to the last century). Thirdly, FaceID - in my opinion it is much more convenient than TouchID, although it is not ideal in terms of the thoughtfulness of the interface associated with it. The most urgent question: the unibrow does not interfere at all - when watching a video, the screen can be made narrower, but during normal use of a smartphone I don’t really notice it. Its only drawback is the forced hiding of Bluetooth icons and battery numbers. I can’t say anything about scratches on the screen / case, because. immediately removed the smartphone in the glass and case.

Pros

Pros: 0. FaceID. For it to work in any position, you need to turn off the "requirement of attention" in the settings, otherwise it will find fault with the position of the head, open eyes, etc. But at the same time, the other person will be able to unlock your phone while you sleep :) I have no problems with it - it can be easily unlocked while lying on the table, at an angle, but, unfortunately, not when the phone is in a horizontal position. 1. Great screen. Image quality in my opinion is much better than previous models (8 and 8+ I will also call the past). The black color is really black (there are people who write that there is no difference - put your iPhone 8 and iPhone X side by side and compare). 2. Brand new design, gesture control is much more convenient than a button. I especially like the way of switching between running applications. 3. He's heavy. This is both a plus and a minus. Feels solid and solid. 4. I switched from an iPhone 6 and since I haven't used a 3.5 jack for a very long time, I'm very glad that it's not here. Now I'm waiting for Apple to get rid of lightning and only a couple of connectors will remain on the case, and those for speakers. 5. Gorgeous camera (friends even thought a couple of times that the photo was taken from a mirror)

Cons

Among the shortcomings: 0. FaceID is still not ideal in terms of the convenience of working with the phone. For example, when downloading a new program from the AppStore, you need to double-click on the power button, and you still need to reach it. 1. With active use for a day, it is not enough. 2. There are still lags and interface flaws in the operating system (more than six months after X entered the market!) 3. Due to FaceID, the Bluetooth icon and the exact% charge in figures. To see this information, you need to lower the curtain 4. Due to the dimensions of the smartphone, it is difficult to use with one hand + because of the weight, the hand gets tired of holding it. But it can hardly be called a significant minus.
