I bought 2 units, one for my pool deck and one for indoor use. It didn't take long for one of the clocks to properly sync up with Boulder's atomic clock signal. The other appeared to be in sync but was about 2 minutes ahead. After several resets with no result, I emailed the company listed in the instructions. Got a reply in the watch and an offer to replace the watch for me at no cost. I agreed to wait 24 hours to see if the clocks are synced. After 24 hours I reported that the second watch was still not syncing and provided my email address as previously provided. About 48 hours later I received a brand new replacement. Customer service was exceptional! I haven't seen this much attention, quick response and resolution to the issue in many years. I recommend this watch not only for the watch but also for the top notch customer service.
