Review on DeLonghi Comfort Radiant Heater Black by Michelle Vaughn

I have had a De Longhi oil radiator for about thirty five years. He just died! I had no complaints, it was good for me. Flash forward. I've seen many types of heaters and wondered why bother to fix it if it ain't broke! Well, this version of De Longhi is way behind my trusted thirty-five years! ADVANTAGES: It heats up. quickly; he is calm. CONS: Much cheaper made than my original. I'm still not entirely sure what the "Plus" about this "Comfort Temp" option is. More importantly, to press the button to turn off, you have to put your hand on the HOT block to stabilize the heating so you can press the button that requires pressure - VERY BAD design! Another BAD design: The part of the heater you put your hand under to grab it to roll the unit, DO NOT COLLECT!. You only have a small "lip" to hold onto to move the device! I didn't send it back because it warms my space well and is quiet. And I'm too busy right now to box it up and send it back and continue my research. I would NOT recommend this heater!
