I like that there is an overview of all accounts receivable, accounts payable, etc., in one convenient place. The system could do with more robust features. It's not all about invoicing and it doesn't integrate well with certain areas such as ERP or CRM. Eye2 can be used effectively as a single source of information to help resolve problems related to accounts receivable/payable, cash flow, budgeting, customer service initiatives, inventory management, supplier agreements and other operational concerns. I like that it has so many different tools, which makes it very easy to use when creating campaigns. It also has a great customer service, which helps you to get your questions answered quickly. There's nothing I dislike about this software. It's perfect for my needs. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to create effective marketing campaigns. We are using eye2 to create our marketing campaigns. This allows us to have multiple channels in one place.
