Review on Black Gold Marcel Curling 🔥 Iron/Wand, 1-1/4 inch by Hot Tools Professional by Kim Maldonado

I bought this in April knowing I would need it when the salons reopen but not sure if and when. During my first week in the salon I noticed that it first warms up and then cools down again after 30 minutes. I had to turn it off and then turn it back on to reset it. This is now happening intermittently, although it is new. I called to see if I can replace the item and the best they will do is $30 toward my next purchase. This $30 is non-refundable. The item I used was a polaroid camera to take photos of the customers. I have film and everything, no camera. The delivery showed that it was handed over to the caretaker. There are no maintenance personnel in this building. They didn't ask for $30 for a replacement and I was forced to pay for that part. There was 50 minutes of phone time between the two episodes. Everyone was nice and helpful, it just wasn't handled properly and I ended up with a cool curling iron, a credit on my account and I have to pay the 30€ difference.
