being on the small side of the advertisement. They are usually a quarter of an inch smaller than they say. Each dimension is smaller. However, I read this in other reviews and decided they are fine for the purposes I need them for. I took the product out of the shipping box and it was folded and stacked neatly in a compressed pile in a plastic bag. It was not retail boxed and had no manufacturer marks on it. I couldn't find the country of origin either. I pushed the bags aside, placed the first one on the counter, and took out the things I wanted to fill with. Then I noticed that they weren't discolored but natural in color and I liked that too. I filled the bags with a product, that is, powdered, it did not spread all over the counter. Then I added a few more things I wanted to test. Great, that's what they work for. Looking at the product as a whole, I strongly recommend that you rinse the pouch, let it dry, and then use it for loose leaf tea and the like. I found many industrial fibers on it that told me they were not washed before leaving the production site. I have to say that I am a very honest and unbiased reviewer.
