The best thing about this software is that it provides you with all your information in one place, rather than having to copy data from multiple sources (e-mails etc.). This makes my life easier when trying to keep track of inventory as we are currently running out! I dislike how sometimes there can be lag time between entering something into our system then seeing those changes reflected back onto another computer or device; however once everything has been updated/synced up again things have returned closer together which does make me happy. It would also help if they could provide us more customisable reports for different stores / branches - e.g., sales per month by department so each manager knows where their team's performance stands compared against others within an area & vs across areas too? A great tool but not perfect yet though still improving every day :) We're able to.
