Rough demolding/Sharp edges

Came out of the mold very untidy and has many sharp edges. There is a lot of excess material, especially on the teeth, which I had to grind off. Totally unsafe for reptiles. I don't have any fish so I can't speak for them from experience. As long as they don't touch the edges while swimming, they're fine.
