Review on SmarterFresh by Bill Garczynski

After making a recent purchase from SmarterFresh for some bathroom fixtures, I found out that my experience with the company was less than satisfactory. Despite the fact that their website was simple to access, the things that I bought from them were of poor quality. Not at all like what was represented on their website, the fixtures I ordered appeared to be cheaply manufactured and made of fragile materials when they arrived. In addition, there was a delay in the delivery, and the packaging was not done carefully, which led to some of the fixtures being broken when they were delivered. I attempted to call customer service in order to get this issue resolved, but I discovered that they were unresponsive and unable to assist me in any way. My experience with SmarterFresh was not satisfying in any way, shape, or form. Despite the fact that their website gives off a positive impression, the quality of their products and services falls short of what is advertised. This internet store is not one that I would suggest to anyone looking to purchase high-quality fittings for home renovation projects.
