Broken, terrible customer service

This laptop is less than a month old and the fans have stopped working causing the computer to overheat so much that I burned my hand touching it. When I tried to contact support it took me an hour to get a live agent and the agent was completely useless. They suggested I contact Amazon since I bought it from them. Meanwhile, Amazon is telling me to contact Razer. Come to think of it, I paid $4,000 for this experience. Do yourself a favor and stay away.
