The build quality is excellent. I use it as a daily driver and as a workstation replacement. It's probably the best workstation replacement money can buy (Macos devices are great for browsing Facebook, but if you need to work, you need this). After looking at dozens of online reviews I gave in to this expensive laptop. no Disappointing. However, it got dusted with a crack or something, so be careful not to get too addicted to using it. I did it and I'm not even ashamed.

I bought this to do 3D modeling and streaming. He does these jobs excellently. I can create full textures in Blender in real time with no lag while streaming my work. Holy cow, that's powerful. This laptop is less than a month old and the fans have stopped working causing the computer to overheat so much that I burned my hand touching it. When I tried to contact support it took me an hour to get a live agent and the agent was completely useless. They suggested I contact Amazon since I bought it from them. Meanwhile, Amazon is telling me to contact Razer. Come to think of it, I paid $4,000 for this experience. Do yourself a favor and stay away.

I had just previously purchased an HP Envy laptop and unfortunately this laptop broke within 2 weeks and had to be returned. Quality control is clearly missing - when you first turn it on, the keyboard lights up, the fans turn on, but the screen does not work. A google search shows this to be a common problem. I'm ashamed I didn't do some research first. Also, ordering directly from the Razer website leads to shipping from Hong Kong, which was another red flag. Do not buy.

The description doesn't match the title. You can't guess if it will be RTX 5000 or 2048. In the end I canceled my order. Too much hassle for the price.
