This bracket appears to be well made as others have mentioned. I've also encountered the same issues as others: the screws provided are too small to use with the TV and the brackets to mount the 200x200 TV are missing. In my case, the screw problem was easily solved by reusing the screws that held the TV baseplate in place. I called the company about the bracket that didn't fit my TV as advertised and they told me the kit was missing parts and offered to ship me the brackets I needed free of charge. So it wasn't the easiest install, but it got the job done in the end. As a side note, I suggest downloading the new instructions from their website. They are much more detailed than the instructions that come in the box.
