If you want to do your own plumbing repairs but don't like the idea of soldering copper or buying special tools to join PEX pipes, give these a try. Simply cut the pipe or hose and insert into the fittings. It is so easy. When I first used them I thought there was no way they could leak like a sieve. You don't! They really are that light. They may cost a little more than traditional fittings, but the time saving is well worth it.
