Of course everyone knows that Manfrotto (aka Bogen) makes great products and this quick release is no exception. I've tried the RC2 style and never felt the camera lock securely while the RC0 just felt a lot more secure. I agree with the previous reviewer that it would be nice to have some form of feedback that would ensure the camera locked properly as there are times when only the front is fixed while the back is left out. This can definitely be an operator error, because the more often I use it, the less I use it. Also worth noting are the leveling bubbles that appear on the lower half of the holder. While my D7000 has multiple ways to check the spirit level, it's nice to have something low-tech like a spirit level to ensure proper alignment.
