I like that it analyzes all my marketing campaigns in one place to help me understand which channels are working best for each campaign as well as when they're most effective. It also helps plan future campaigns by giving me insight into what works best with different audiences/demographics. The analytics reports can be very complicated - you need someone who knows how to read them and use their insights to create valuable content. Also, if something goes wrong (for example, your email provider fails) then there's no way of knowing this unless we ask our support team. We've used bimachine since its inception but previously only had access to a small amount of information about our clients' activities. With bimachine we have been able to see more detailed results than ever before, allowing us to make better decisions about where to allocate resources.
