product received today (01/12/20). It looks very strong, well made. It comes with instructions and a small pack of screws. However, I believe that the device I received is defective, this power supply turns on for a second and immediately turns off again. I tested the PSU on various items to make sure it is reliable. I hope you can return or get a replacement, I was very pleased with this product. Again, there would have been 5 stars if the device hadn't had any power issues. But be tired, everyone has different experiences, right?
