As a certified personal trainer and Ultimate player, I've seen many fitness DVDs or e-books that didn't quite fit. In fact, this DVD from Brian Du (now Boston Celtics Strength and Conditioning Coach) and DoG Club player and Ultimate Trainer Dan Cogan-Drew is a gem for Ultimate Trainers and players of all skill levels. Warm-ups, both early in the day and as stand-alone warm-ups between games, lead us to great speed/agility/fast drills and functional strength development. If you've read Baccarini and Booth's book _Essential Ultimate_ you may have seen some of these exercises, but it's always nice to see real athletes doing these exercises and more importantly, learning about common pitfalls and coaches/ Providing tips to ensure you and your athletes are warming up and training safely and effectively.
