Review on ☕ Capresso ST300 Stainless Steel 10-Cup Thermal Coffee Maker (Model 435.05) by Becky Haferkamp

Bought this after using a similar model on holiday. When it arrived, there was quite a large house in the box, and the body of the coffee maker was dented. It was only sent in the box with the product, without a shipping box or in any way. Not even sealed with tape. We use the same coffee grounds that we used in the coffee maker over the holidays, but this model leaves residue at the bottom of the pot. We didn't have this problem with the one we used on holiday (it had a built in coffee grinder but we didn't need that). I don't understand why/how this coffee makes a different impression or why someone would not use shipping material to avoid processing returns. This manufacturer's coffee is delicious but I'm not sure if it's worth the money.
