. Both tubes were fully mated but the clamp was not fully tightened. It was leaking under the central metal bar where the bolts went through. With a regular 3/8" ratchet, I couldn't tighten it enough when the bolt broke. I can't believe how easily it came off. This screw was not steel or hardened steel. She only broke in one place where she had to be held tight (see picture). Cheap screws are an Achilles' heel if they don't fit properly. The US exhaust is 2.25" smaller than the 60mm yoke so it will leak and not clamp tight enough.
