Defective product - no quality control

After assembling the base and pouring water I wanted to attach glass walls but they don't fit. The glass on both sides is miscut so they are too long for the space allotted in the base. It doesn't even come close. Nobody bothered to measure the length of the base before cutting the glass? I'm not happy wasting my time setting up, breaking and returning packaging and shipping.
