Broken lights, wires were cut
Update: Seller reached out via ebay after the review. They refunded me $35 since they didn’t have replacements in stock. I am ok with the resolution and am happy they reached out. However, I am still disappointed in general that this happened and therefore can’t put my review up too much.This tree would have been great but the wires we got were intentionally cut through on each possible connection. Tried reaching out to the company and was referred to an email only. I got no response. It’s too late to send back as it’s almost Christmas and the only tree I have, but I am extremely disappointed. The tree itself is good for the price if it had working lights.
- Measuring 6ft tall, this tree is the perfect size for most homes and can easily fit in any room
- Not able to add natural decorations like pine cones and berries
